In software development, the 'golden triangle' refers to the three critical factors: Speed, Scope, and Price. Typically, you can only optimize for two of these at a time if you want to keep the quality high. Quality software developed in a short time will demand a high price, and cramming a lot of features into cheap solutions developed quickly will result in a loss of quality. But you most likely know that already.

So, in order to solve this constraint and achieve enterprise-level quality while developing software quickly and keeping prices low, I had to develop my own proprietary technology. My approach combines developing reusable blocks and a process that combines functional design and development. This means that the cost and speed of development are spread across multiple projects and features, eliminating duplicated effort and unknowns during feature development.

I have used this approach to develop maritime systems with a team of just three developers, a thask that would typically require a team of 15+ in a standard enterprise development team. Now, I aim to apply this methodology to building impactful startups.

I  use a custom React template that allows for reusing not only individual components but also entire blocks of functionality and page layouts. This enables rapid feature development, often in just a few lines of code, surpassing the speed of no-code solutions. For the backend, I leverage products such as Google Firebase and their authentication system, ensuring your application has the same level of security as any Google product. For data-intensive or process-intensive workloads, I develop custom logic using enterprise-grade Microsoft .NET technology and host it on Azure. This approach dramatically reduces the cost of such workloads while maintaining the same level of high performance. Most importantly, I will not lock you into services such as Bubble or Vercel which can become prohibitively expensive as your product scales.
